What to Expect from an HVAC Maintenance Plan

Your heating and cooling maintenance plan is designed to save money. How does it do that?

System Checks Twice per Year

We do semi-annual checks. We check out your air conditioner in the Spring, and we inspect your furnace in the Fall. This gives you peace of mind knowing you'll have an efficient system when you need it most.

Priority Service Calls

Unfortunately, no HVAC equipment is perfect. Or maybe something happens, and your equipment is damaged. If you have a maintenance membership, you get priority for service calls. And that means you'll get your repairs faster.

Lower Rates AND No Overtime Rates

"What if it's an after-hours emergency?" Great question! You don't have to pay any overtime or emergency rates. If you call during normal business hours, your rates are lower than the standard.
